Responsibilities:
- Carry forward the “torch” for our organization. Set the rhythm and tone for designated area. Build team capabilities and enthusiasm for our organization and the work that we do.

- Ensure the region’s timely delivery of quality beside diagnostic services.
- Ensure compliance and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Oversee area operation’s business affairs (P&Ls, Quality, Customer Service, Personnel, etc.)
- Actively engage as a member of the regional Senior Leadership Team to develop aggressive targets and build team excitement for attaining those targets (e.g. growth, profitability, productivity, etc.).
- Coach, lead, and develop Area Managers and other direct reports to meet team goals
- Oversee Area Managers’ development of Leads
- Work with regional and corporate sales teams to develop growth strategies in the markets we serve; and identify opportunities to collaborate and enhance area service offerings or adjust service as appropriate for business area conditions
- Evaluate and optimize effectiveness of plans and resources
Tasks:
- Manage activities to meet/exceed compliance and financial expectations of designated areas.
- Regularly travel to work alongside AMs, techs, and leadership team to coach, be coached, lead and develop each other to meet individual and team goals.
- Prepare and deliver financial performance outcomes and project initiatives during regional presentation of Monthly, Quarterly, and annual Operating Reviews.
- Document and evaluate area performance. Identify variance from expected performance.
- If negative variance, take action to implement improvement plans to correct
- If positive variance, take action to share best practices across region and organization
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, create PIVOT tables, seek out and attack anomalies.
- Use the scientific method to continuously improve our standard work procedures.
- Oversee Area Managers’ effectiveness and timeliness of performing job duties; including but not limited to productivity, personnel, buildings, equipment, and fleet.
- Daily planning with Area Manager(s). Review prior day’s operations activities and set current day’s expectations for service delivery (ex: Turnaround Times, Rolled Cases, Productivity Goal, Service Levels, At-Risk mitigation activities, etc.).
- Coach AMs through daily continuous improvement activities that lead us toward goals/targets.
- Safeguard Data integrity. Maintain company records by using the designated systems (ex: Fleet, Asset Tracking, Rad Mobile, IT Equipment, etc.) and confirm and ensure requisitions, logs and all other pertinent documents are collected, secured, and sent to the designated location.
- Perform and oversee all staffing and personnel related matters in service area (e.g. hiring, performance evaluations, compliance training, registries & licensures, etc.)
- Monitor utilization of all company assets (XRAY, Ultrasound, Fleet, etc.) and when needed coordinate the redeployment to areas where the assets can be optimized.
- Oversee all sites inspections, machine inspections, and other inspections as needed
- Create buzz about our organization inside and outside our markets. Uphold and improve our reputation, client relations, and attract prospective clients by attending trade shows, association meetings and other events with or without our national, regional, and/or local sales teams.
- Resolve customer concerns appropriately.
- Resolve and act on any compliance or elderly justice activities.
- Arrange and participate in appropriate internal meetings (e.g. leadership, team, fleet, call center, TRAD, etc.).

- 24/7/365 availability, as needed. We are a mobile healthcare organization. Patient care never sleeps. We have systems and teams in place but we must be certain that we always have coverage and be willing to be called on whenever our patients need us most.
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum 2 years: healthcare management or medical diagnostics experience with solid comprehension of and vocabulary for medical imaging in radiology and ultrasound, preferred
- 10+ years: management experience, Operations management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively throughout value-stream; including possibly Directors of Nursing, Administrators, patients/families, potential clients, industry associations, vendors, radiologists, all internal depts/teams, etc.
- Financial acumen is required with prior P&L responsibility preferred.
- Ability to read profit and loss statements as well as other financial metrics used for measuring the health of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing team.
- Advanced computer skills:
- Microsoft Excel - At minimum be able to create and analyze large data sets
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams
- Internet, intranet, and savviness to learn various software
- Mobile device management, apps
- Resourceful with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
Certificates / Licenses / Registrations:
- XRAY and/or Ultrasound Tech Certification (Preferred)
- LSS or other process improvement certification (Preferred)
