- Skilled: Able to provide solid leadership and direction for all members of our Operations team. Able to effectively motivate and “model the way” for others both in the office and in the field. Excellent computer aptitude and skills and strong background in construction.
- Team Player: Humble. Excellent communicator. Self-motivated. Hard worker.
- Passionate: Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills in this dynamic and growing industry. Excited about working with your teammates to establish reliable broadband infrastructure and provide great internet service to our customers, particularly those in under-served areas/communities.
- Knowledgeable: Experience and competency in leadership and supervision. Embraces and upholds a company’s vision, mission and values. Understands and models servanthood leadership.
