Designated Defense Security Services (PILB 3062) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead and scale our security operations across Nevada. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a Veteran-owned and operated security company known for professionalism, reliability, and integrity. You will only answer to one individual, the sole owner and CEO of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across events, government, residential, and commercial security assignments
- Oversee field operations, personnel deployment, and compliance with Nevada PILB regulations
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and internal teams to ensure post-order execution and incident readiness
- Maintain compliance, reporting, and documentation standards
- Support business development and operational expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active Nevada PILB Card (Will be required to accept position)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields
- High School Diploma or GED (Required); Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal compliance standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum age: 21 years
