Elite Guard is in search of one (1) Director of Security for a post in Fort Lauderdale Beach. This position requires a Class D Security License from the State of Florida.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Position: Director of Security
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm (Mon/Tues OFF)
Pay: $25.00 per hour + $2500 bonus every 6 months
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leadership: Training, retraining, corrective action, meet with property management
- Rover: Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have previous condominium security supervisor experience.
- Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
- Must be able to clearly communicate in English
- Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
- Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation.
