KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead business development activities such as buyer and opportunity identification in target State of Texas agencies, contribute to the development of account growth strategies, responsible for developing sales and value proposition material, enable the development of go-to-market material, lead proposal development efforts and statement of work creation in Microsoft Office applications
  • Work with Account Lead Partner (ALP), Account Relationship Directors (ARDs), Domain Leaders, SLG leadership and other account team members to grow and expand our portfolio of technology led transformation business in key agencies
  • Manage engagements according to KPMGs financial and cost management policies and lead delivery of advisory services on key projects with State of Texas agencies
  • Recruit, manage, train and mentor advisory staff and adhere to professional practice requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with KPMG account stakeholders to proactively inform of solution capabilities and learn of account opportunities

Qualifications :

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience and a proven track record of growing consulting business with the State of Texas and delivery consulting services to State of Texas agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering consulting solutions to senior leaders in State of Texas agencies and the ability to develop and grow business in an existing account base
  • Lead and provide consultative services to State of Texas agencies
  • Strong written and oral communication with solid technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 80%
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
