Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by fire, water, and other damages. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in various environments. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping clients recover from disasters by cleaning, restoring, and rebuilding their properties.
Duties
- Perform fire restoration tasks including cleaning and rebuilding damaged structures.
- Execute water damage restoration processes to mitigate loss and restore properties.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during restoration projects.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.20 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
