Midcity Plumbing, Inc., a family owned company has proudly served the Chicagoland area for 40 years. We are a fast-paced plumbing company, looking for an experienced Customer Service/Dispatcher with excellent phone presence, strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask and problem solve. Plumbing knowledge is helpful.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - but NOT limited to:
Answering high volume multi-line phones calls, responding to client emails and scheduling service technician appointments within Housecall Pro and Quickbooks.
Interact with customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide the best service.
Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Plumbing dispatch experience helpful
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong sense of urgency, highly driven and motivated.
Knowledge in MS office, QuickBooks. and Housecall Pro.
Attention to detail and accuracy
