Dispatcher (Oahu) – Monday to Friday
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour

You will be reponsible to lead, direct and encourage the driver team by embodying our core values and mision for ensuring an efficient, effective and accountable dispatch and delivery capability that meets our cutomer’s expections.

We proudly serve major retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, ABC Stores, the military, and more. Our products range from beach chairs, towels, and snorkel sets to sunscreens, coconut oil, and souvenirs. Key Responsibilities
- Hours are Monday – Friday, 5am to 1:30pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Prepare the daily driver delivery schedule/ routing plan and driver delivery packets to ensure that all routes, deliveries and/ or pickups are properly scheduled, staffed and executed.
- Maintain an accurate daily dispatch board and communications capability with drivers to ensure operations’ situational awareness.
- Monitor fleet movement and driver location to ensure timely delivery, cost effectiveness and safety.
- Enforce company policy and procedures. Solve problems and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age minimum with high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Dispatch and Delivery experience is a plus
- Pass pre-employment tests, including drug test
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Neat in appearance, good verbal communication skills
- Dependable, efficient, punctual
- A team player with ability to work productively with a wide range of people
- High proficiency with computer systems and operations software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and resource management skills
