We are looking for an experienced individual for our RV Dealerships. Our potential DMV Clerk must be able to do the following:
- Prepare new and used title documents to transfer vehicle ownership for our stores
- Process and submit DMV paperwork through in house DMV system (DMV Desk)
- Verify funds/lienholder
- Process DMV wholesale paperwork and manage accounts receivable
- Answer customer and in house questions and phone calls regarding any and all DMV transactions
- Balance schedules and refund customers
- Accurately examine registrations, vehicle ID #'s, verification, titles and supporting documents
- Manage activity logs and keep up with evolving business requirements
- Must be detail oriented, focused and able to submit paperwork within strict time restraints
Valid CA Drivers license required.
