Dock Builder / Framer – Marine Construction
Southwest Florida | $28/hr | Full-Time
KMB Marine Construction is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Dock Builders / Framers to join our crew. We specialize in seawall and dock construction, and we need team players who know their way around the water, the tools, and the equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Build and repair residential docks, boat lifts, and seawalls.
- Operate and maintain barges, pile-driving rigs, and marine equipment.
- Perform pile driving and framing work according to engineered plans.
- Decking, finishing, and carpentry for top-quality dock projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Work outdoors in all conditions while keeping safety first.
- Collaborate with your crew to deliver projects on time and up to code.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of dock/marine construction experience (required).
- Solid skills in framing, carpentry, and pile driving.
- Barge and/or heavy equipment experience (preferred).
- Strong work ethic and reliability , we need people who show up.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outside in Florida weather.
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus).
- TWIC card preferred, or willingness to obtain.
