Old Souls Bakery is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Donut Maker to join our overnight production team. This is a hands-on position shaping, frying, and finishing artisan donuts made from scratch. If you love the rhythm of the kitchen and take pride in quality work done while the world sleeps, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule:
- Overnight shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for yeast-raised and cake donuts
- Fry donuts to golden perfection, then glaze, fill, and finish with care
- Follow recipes and daily prep lists accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with prep and cleanup to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or baking experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual
