Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Door Person to join our team at a prestigious restaurant & event center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience through effective communication and hospitality skills.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor service areas, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Provide information about the establishment's food, beverage, and entertainment offerings, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area to uphold the establishment's standards.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate international guests.
- A passion for guest relations and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the establishment's standards of excellence.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
