Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients to create dough for soft pretzels various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
- Monitor the dough-making process to ensure proper fermentation and proofing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Package finished products for sale or distribution while ensuring proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality control.
- Assist in customer service by providing product knowledge and answering inquiries about baked goods.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in food production and preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with pastry making, baking, and cake decorating is highly desirable.
