- Drive and operate a 26-foot box truck while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers throughout the moving process.
- Handle furniture and other belongings with care and professionalism.
- Ensure the team adheres to company values and safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in the moving industry.
- A clean driving record (No tickets or at-fault accidents) and ability to operate a 26-foot box truck.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of moving jobs.
- Leadership skills with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $30.00 with tips potentially increasing earnings to $30+ per hour.
- Ranging hours, typically 30-50 per week, depending on the size and number of jobs.
