We are a union commercial drywall, acoustic ceilings, and rough carpentry contractor specializing in office build-out, retail and industrial projects.
We are seeking an ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER to join our team! You will be responsible for the procurement and management of commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects, We are looking for a highly energetic and organized individual within the commercial construction industry. Previous construction industry is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and documents to determine scope of work.
- Read, understand, and analyse project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial bids using OST and Quick Bid.
- Provide accurate take-offs using Quick Bid and OST (training provided).
