Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Drywaller/Painter who can take on a variety of interior and exterior projects with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall, as well as prepping and painting surfaces to a clean, professional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, hang, and finish drywall on walls and ceilings
- Tape, mud, sand, and texture (including orange peel and knockdown finishes)
- Repair drywall holes, cracks, and water damage
- Prep surfaces (caulking, masking, priming)
- Brush, roll, and spray interior and exterior paint
- Match textures and paint colors for seamless repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of drywall and painting experience
- Ability to work independently and complete high-quality work efficiently
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of textures and finishes
- Comfortable using ladders, stilts, and lifts when necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic tools for drywall and painting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
