We’re building something unique at the intersection of ecommerce, old-fashioned, community pharmacy, and trusted supplement guidance — and we need an Email Marketing Manager to be the voice in our customers’ inboxes.
This isn’t just about open rates and subject lines (though those matter). It’s about telling a bigger story:
- Driving growth at WoodstockVitamins.com, the engine of our ecommerce strategy.
- Amplifying Dr. Neal’s unique perspective on supplements via DrNealSmoller.com, including the upcoming Simplify Your Supplements program.
- Supporting our local community through VillageApothecaryRx.com.
You’ll design, execute, and own the strategy for email marketing across all three brands, blending commerce, education, and storytelling into one cohesive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Campaigns That Convert: Create, design, and deploy engaging Klaviyo campaigns that drive sales, retention, and community trust.
- Flows That Matter: Build and refine automation flows (abandoned cart, lapsing customer, new customer onboarding, post-purchase nurture, etc.).
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver reporting that makes performance crystal clear.
- Audience Targeting: Own list management and segmentation, making sure the right message hits the right person at the right time.
- CRM + WooCommerce Integration: Keep customer data clean, accurate, and usable for smarter marketing.
- Always Optimizing: Run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, and constantly push for better engagement and conversions.
- Collaborative Impact: Partner with ecommerce, creative, and pharmacy teams to support launches, programs, and big-picture initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have Skills:
- Deep experience with Klaviyo and ecommerce lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with WooCommerce integrations.
- Supplements/pharmacy/wellness industry background strongly preferred.
- Proven ability with CRM management, segmentation, and list hygiene.
- Comfort both designing and writing email campaigns, always staying on-brand.
- Bonus Points If You:
- Have built reporting dashboards in Google Data Studio, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Understand regulatory considerations in supplements/pharmacy marketing.
- Geek out about storytelling through email and building a brand voice that sticks.
