Summary
We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at New Life Discovery Schools. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of young children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to cater to different learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 units in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and child development principles.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
