Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring Early Interventionists to join our growing Early Intervention department—Carolina Therapeutics Early Intervention (CTEI). We are seeking individuals with experience as Service Coordinators, Family Trainers, or related roles within the South Carolina BabyNet system.
Our mission is to provide exceptional early intervention services to children from birth to age three and their families. We are proud to offer a multidisciplinary approach to care that integrates speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and early intervention support across North and South Carolina.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (required)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children ages birth to three (required)
- Experience with BabyNet or similar early intervention systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with BRIDGES and Therap documentation systems (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Position Highlights:
- In-home, community-based caseload
- Flexible scheduling—set your own hours while meeting productivity expectations
- Monthly productivity requirement: 280 billable units
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Competitive annual salary
