QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience working in commercial construction in developing and managing safety policies and programs.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in developing, managing, and implementing environmental and safety management systems from the project pre-planning phase through project execution.
- CSP or SMP credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), or similar designation preferred.
- Current OSHA 500 instructor authorization, preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and Procore.
Duties
Serve as a leader and internal expert serving the current needs and future growth of Safety Program through implementation, development, and assessment of current safety practices, risks, and trends.
In collaboration with internal and external leaders, lead and develop strategies, policies, plans, standards and objectives in alignment with safety, health, and sustainability goals in an effort to reduce risks, maintain compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and client environmental and safety requirements, and deliver operational efficiencies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
