As our Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our safety culture, ensuring our cutting-edge robotics, hardware, and field-testing operations meet the highest standards of compliance and care. You’ll build scalable systems from the ground up across multiple jurisdictions, turn regulatory complexity into operational advantage, and protect our people, partners, and environment. CompensationThe salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000 The actual offer for this position will be based on factors such as relevant experience, competencies, certifications, and how well the candidate meets the qualifications outlined above. Part of our compensation package also includes full benefits, equity, and generous time.  Field AI Onsite Work PhilosophyAt Field AI, we believe the most effective way to collaborate and solve complex challenges is by working together in person. This is a fully onsite role, and candidates will be expected to work from our Mission Viejo, CA office. Our salary range is generous and we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
