he individual will install, repair and maintain our production line equipment They will also work on electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have fundamental knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Performs scheduled maintenance and repair of equipment breakdowns
- Fill out daily maintenance logs, downtime logs and ensures all paperwork for mechanics is filled out properly and in a timely manner
- Assists with general building maintenance
- Record keeping and cost analysis
- Orders supplies using requisition data base
- Follows GMP’s and Safety Procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must have some electrical wiring experience
- Knowledge of PLC’s. Does not have to program PLC’s but must have a fundamental of PLC’s
- Must be able to read schematics, blueprints and diagrams
- Fabricating and welding skills are a plus
- Must have good troubleshooting and electro-mechanical repair skills
- Ability to climb ladders and lift minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to drive Forklift truck
- Must have good communications skills to be able to convey critical information to production team as well as future shifts
- Must be available for weekend and overtime work
