Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support field service technicians
- Oversee dispatching, scheduling, and job management
- Prepare and present estimates/proposals to customers
- Handle billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Recruit, hire, and manage technicians (reviews, training, terminations)
- Serve as the primary customer contact for new and existing accounts
- Ensure quality control and drive operational efficiency
- Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
- Strong electrical service background (residential and/or commercial required)
- Prior experience in service or operations management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job management software (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,394.88 - $75,874.24 per year
