Automation Integration, Inc. is actively seeking a Electrical Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the go-to leader on-site, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll also provide oversight and coordination across other job sites as needed. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Lead electrical construction projects from planning to completion as the on-site project manager.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, contractors, and vendors on assigned projects.
• Perform project walkthroughs, scope verification, and ensure all project requirements and specifications are met.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate job sequencing to meet critical deadlines.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, materials, and labor to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Oversee multiple job sites as needed, providing guidance and leadership to field teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and ensure team compliance with safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates as required.
• Represent Automation Integration professionally on all job sites and with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX).
• Minimum 5 years of field experience as a licensed electrician.
• Proven track record of success in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and project documentation.
• Familiarity with construction management software or general project tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience operating man lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, excavators, trenchers is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort with or understanding of firearm safety is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

• Typical on-site hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Expectation of approximately 50 hours per week, including checking in on multiple sites as needed.
• Occasional flexibility required based on project needs.

Work Location

• Based in Texas - project sites vary and may require travel to surrounding areas.
