Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead electrical construction projects from planning to completion as the on-site project manager.
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, contractors, and vendors on assigned projects.
- Perform project walkthroughs, scope verification, and ensure all project requirements and specifications are met.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate job sequencing to meet critical deadlines.
- Monitor job costs, budgets, materials, and labor to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Oversee multiple job sites as needed, providing guidance and leadership to field teams.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical diagrams.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and ensure team compliance with safety protocols.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates as required.
- Represent Automation Integration professionally on all job sites and with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX).
- Minimum 5 years of field experience as a licensed electrician.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and project documentation.
- Familiarity with construction management software or general project tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience operating man lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, excavators, trenchers is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Comfort with or understanding of firearm safety is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule
- Typical on-site hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Expectation of approximately 50 hours per week, including checking in on multiple sites as needed.
- Occasional flexibility required based on project needs.
Work Location
- Based in Texas - project sites vary and may require travel to surrounding areas.
