You’ll sit at the intersection of social media, creator culture, and cutting-edge AI. Under the guidance of seasoned marketers and founders (ex-Google, Dropbox, MIT), you’ll help craft and test content ideas that reach millions—while learning skills most interns never touch: prompt engineering, AI video generation, growth analytics, and more.
What You’ll Do
Spin up content with AI. Experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to draft hooks, scripts, and visuals for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Brainstorm campaigns. Pitch fresh storylines and series for our in-house influencer roster.
Post & measure. Schedule content, track performance in real time, and suggest tweaks based on data.
Trend-spot. Share daily insights on emerging platform features, algorithm shifts, and viral formats.
Document & teach. Turn your workflows into quick SOPs the rest of the team can reuse.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’re studying marketing, communications, film, CS, or a related field (or you’ve built a personal brand that proves you don’t need a degree).
You have hands-on experience running at least one social account—yours, a club’s, or a side hustle—and can show growth results.
You’re excited—not intimidated—by generative-AI tools and learn new apps fast.
Fitness excites you; you know the difference between RPE and RPM (or you’re eager to learn).
You write punchy copy, meme fluently, and love turning data into better ideas.
You can commit 20–30+ hours per week and thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment.
Nice-to-Have Extras
Basic video editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Sprout, Later, or native dashboards).
Prior work with influencers or creator-economy projects.
