We provide the highest quality and most profitable consulting and sales services to our client base which has obliged us to increase our customer account management division. We are currently in search of an Entry Level Assistant Manager to foster the expansion of our client’s requirements. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will be working within a team and will be required to maintain a full knowledge base of the client they are representing. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will ultimately have the opportunity to move into an executive account management position and manage an entire territory.
Our Entry Level Assistant Management team is responsible for utilizing their relationship-building and consultative sales skills to provide not only unparalleled service for our customers but for our clients. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for potential new leads and manage a pipeline of customers to achieve long-term success
- Develop market intelligence on the territory assigned and potential competitors
- Understand and evaluate various market and sales trends occurring within the existing region they are working in
- Be the liaison between our clients and the potential customers
- Develop strong leadership and management skills within the role
- Lead informative training sessions and coordinate with the Sales Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Promote and influence other Sales Consultants who are excelling within the role
- Drive and record sales daily to allow you the ability to track various patterns in each market
Desired Skills and Attributes in our Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer service position
- Must be highly organized and have a strong work ethic
- Juggle multiple tasks daily alongside impeccable time management skills
- Excellent customer service, management, and sales skills are a must
- Excellent public speaking skills or the willingness to learn how to present in front of a large group of people
- Influential and strong team-centric direction and goals
- Maintain a professional demeanor within and outside of the office

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
