This Entry Level Brand Ambassador role is ideal for recent grads or individuals with retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience who are ready to build a long-term career with a company that values potential over resumes.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Ambassador:
- Engage directly with customers in-person to represent our client’s brand, share product knowledge, and communicate core values.
- Educate customers on current offerings, promotions, and plan options to help them make informed decisions.
- Build authentic rapport, answer questions thoroughly, and guide each customer toward personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in promotional events and outreach campaigns designed to generate interest and drive brand awareness.
- Stay up to date on brand guidelines, campaign goals, and key messaging to ensure accurate and consistent representation.
- Collaborate with Entry Level Brand Ambassador team members on campaign strategy, execution, and adjustments to boost visibility and overall performance.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Brand Ambassador:
- A strong communicator who enjoys directly interacting with customers, clients, and teammates
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when speaking with new people
- Driven, adaptable, and excited to take on new challenges
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a strong plus
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is ideal but not required!
