Seeking an Event Assistant for Community Events Coordination
We are seeking a part time event assistant to help with fun family events throughout the year. Experience working as an assistant is preferred. Must be available to work during the day.
As the event assistant, you will be required to provide essential support to lead event planner by overseeing and managing event planning tasks before, during and after the events.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of but not limited to the following: venue research, vendor coordination, budget management, exhibitor sales and management and assisting with event setup and logistics.
You may also manage event marketing materials, handle event documentation, and ensure smooth on-site operations.
The starting salary for this position is $525.00 per month and is subject to increase with health benefits after 6 months of successful execution.
