Job description includes but is not limited to:
- Establish and maintain open communication among staff, students, group leaders, and Head Office
- Establish and maintain open communication among staff, students, group leaders, and Head Office; Work closely with visiting group leaders to ensure their satisfaction
- Plan, organize and execute the student weekly and monthly schedule of activities including events booking, bus scheduling, various on-campus activities such as Welcome and Farewell Parties, sports & games, and optional excursions
- Accompany and supervise the daily full-day and half-day field trips
- Schedule student daily transportation and airport transfers
- Plan and organize student welcome and farewell parties and other on-campus events
- Assist the Center Director/Manager with weekly student orientations
- Create a positive environment to ensure student satisfaction
- Always ensure student safety and well-being
- Responsible for the preparation of all excursion material and documentation and liaison between the Center Director for off-site activities and excursions
- Ensure that offsite activities, from excursions to airport transfers, are fully supervised and that administrative duties, such as registering student names, are accurately completed
- Hold daily staff meetings with staff and the Group Leaders
- Hold weekly meetings with Head Office to communicate any feedback regarding staff, programming, and resources
- Manage the weekly expense budget and petty cash as they relate to the social program
- Be familiar with the course and school handbooks and health and safety procedures
- Work remotely before on-site operations start
- Live on-campus during program including participation in the Staff Week Training prior to the start of the program
