The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand at various events,Concerts and parties engaging with customers, and driving product awareness and promoting up coming events. Duties
- Engage with event attendees to promote event and services effectively.
- Promote events online through social media
- Collect data on customer feedback and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and confidently.
Skills
- Proven experience in event marketing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with event service operations is a plus.
- Proficient in data collection methods for market analysis.
- Experience in social media management to promote events and products effectively.
