We are inviting you to apply for the position of Set-up Supervisor for Kalahari Conventions. In this position, be responsible for supervising and assisting in the proper setup and timely cleanup of all assigned banquet functions. Supervise the efficient and accurate arrangement of event space per event specifications to create effective, fun, and jaw-dropping spaces. Be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment that hosts events of all sizes and types.
We do require that you have a background consisting of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in the food service or the hospitality industry in a convention center or large hotel (over 500 room property). Prior experience as a server and set-up houseperson is required. Must be able to stack, push, and move banquet equipment throughout the Convention Center. Must have weekend and evening shift availability.
