Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.
Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for each event.
Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Oversee on-site event management and problem-solving.
Develop creative event concepts that reflect brand values and objectives.
Track and report on event performance, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
