We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our growing team. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Prepare event materials, presentations, and logistics documentation
Manage event schedules and ensure timelines are followed
Support on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown
Monitor inventory of promotional materials and supplies
Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and follow-ups
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
