What You’ll Do
- Keep the wheels turning. Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, site visits, offsite events, and detailed travel logistics.
- Strengthen communication. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with clarity and professionalism.
- Support what matters. Handle confidential projects and strategic initiatives with discretion, precision, and care.
- Anchor the team. Work closely with administrative staff and departments to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and great employee experience.
Why You'll Be Successful:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives—bonus points if it’s in construction, real estate development, or a similarly fast-paced, technical field
- A knack for balancing urgency and accuracy with grace
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and confidence navigating shifting priorities
- A high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
- Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator
- Calm under pressure and great with people at all levels
- Loyal to your team, focused on doing right things, the right way
- Someone who leads by serving—and brings our core values to life
Preferred:
- Experience in a general contracting or construction setting
- Familiarity with project lifecycles and office-field dynamics
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation & Perks
- Salary range $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
