JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating and providing high-level administrative support to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southcentral Alaska’s Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities within assigned areas, while providing assistance in other areas of organization, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Schedule appointments, maintain, and update CEO’s calendar
- Maintain board room and conference room schedules
- Provide administrative support including but not limited to data entry
- Monitor and assist with employee recognition activities
- Record and distribute meeting minutes/notes at board meetings
- Coordinate and distribute regular board meeting agendas and meeting packets
- Assist with preparation of BGCSAK local annual report and BGCSAK national report
- Assist with fundraising and outreach events
- Plan and implement corporate planning efforts, such as update of strategic plan progress, timeline and action items
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Four years' experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or with a team
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Valid Alaska driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to maintain first aid and CPR certification
- Pass background and fingerprint clearance
