Executive Assistant to Administrator – Nurse Registry
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $24 per hour, with the opportunity to move into a senior role with increased compensation within six months from hire.
Visiting Angels St. Pete-Largo is a reputable Nurse Registry located in St. Petersburg that facilitates non-medical Home Care services by referring qualified, vetted caregivers who are registered as Independent Contractors to Clients who are seeking in-Home Care or who are looking for additional one-on-one or Respite care in a hospital or facility setting. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to the Administrator. This role is vital in supporting our daily operations and ensuring excellent service for both Clients and Caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between the Administrator and other departments
- Ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations related
- Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines efficiently
- Communicate confidently with clients and caregivers by phone and email
- Answer questions related to basic Client care
- Oversee Caregiver registration and facilitation of referral opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on all communications
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through ability
- Background in medical care and general healthcare practices preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
