Objectives of This Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and Chief Marketing Officer to ensure company goals and strategic initiatives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Optimize internal workflows and processes across departments to drive executive productivity and alignment.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders across a variety of key projects and priorities.
- Orchestrate schedules, communications, and planning activities to ensure top-tier execution and follow-through on the executives’ strategic agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate professional and personal calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and communication for the President and CMO.
- Facilitate seamless communication between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Coordinate complex scheduling, including leadership off-sites, team events, and high-priority meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Draft correspondence, prepare reports, maintain contact databases, and support the creation of presentations and executive documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion at all times.
- Streamline daily operations by developing and maintaining internal systems, filing procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Organize and manage logistics for internal and external events, including company-wide meetings, leadership summits, and client engagements.
- Support project management efforts and ensure deadlines are met across executive priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of executive-level administrative experience, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency with productivity and communication tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.).
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial culture.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience managing departmental budgets, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Background in building or refining administrative processes and systems to support leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, or marketing operations software is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
