We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing multiple companies and ventures. This role will be a key partner in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing high-level executive support, and assisting with select personal matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and coordination across multiple businesses
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Organize meetings, draft agendas, and take notes/action items
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain discretion with confidential information
Operational & Business Support
- Assist with project management, research, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Track deadlines, contracts, and compliance tasks across multiple companies
- Help organize company files, records, and digital systems
- Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, vendors, and other partners
Personal Assistance
- Manage occasional personal tasks (travel booking, errands, reservations, scheduling personal appointments)
- Handle household/vendor coordination as needed
- Ensure CEO’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role (experience supporting C-level preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (project management software experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong judgment are essential
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
