Sybil is seeking elite-level Head Hunters with a background in executive and senior professional recruitment. This is a strategic, performance-based opportunity for established recruiters who thrive in autonomous environments and know how to source, engage, and place top-tier talent.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A proven track record of success in executive search, senior professional placements, or retained search—preferably with 4+ years of experience sourcing talent for Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and small to mid-sized enterprises
- Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, including client intake, candidate engagement, evaluation, offer negotiation, and post-placement support
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn CATS, BrassRing, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar platforms, with the ability to manage high-quality pipelines efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with both clients and high-caliber candidates across varied industries
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, performance-driven environment
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the professionalism, discretion, and persuasion required to engage executive-level talent and decision-makers
- A results-oriented mindset, driven by accountability, client satisfaction, and long-term placement success
