Position Overview
- Part-time Store Manager role covering sales, trade, operations, and marketing
- Includes light website and inventory support in Shopify
- Work directly with owners and designers
- Great opportunity for someone looking to contribute at a high level with part-time hours
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail required.
Schedule
- Shop hours: Thursday–Saturday, 11 AM – 5 PM
- Plus 2–3 hours of paid email and remote sales support follow-up during the week when store is closed
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Drive in-store sales and support trade sales
- Send invoices and schedule deliveries.
- Maintain store environment
- Coordinate with owners on marketing initiatives
- Inventory management support / website support
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven sales and/or retail management experience
- Strong interest or background in home, art, and décor (preferred)
- Shopify software experience (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
