Job Description:
Super Dumpling, a popular dumpling house serving handmade dumplings and authentic Chinese dishes, is looking for a dedicated and experienced server to join our team. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment that values quality and inclusivity, and we need someone passionate about excellent customer service to enhance our guests' dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and with a friendly demeanor
- Provide excellent service by taking orders, delivering food, and attending to guests' needs
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow restaurant policies and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of server experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with guests and coworkers
Pay:
- Hourly rate of $16.5 plus tips (average tips range from $23-$32 per hour)
