Seeking a billing specialist with law firm experience to support our team and clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong billing and office administration skills and will have the opportunity to work closely with the owner, contributing to the firm's growth and success.

$22 - $29 hourly based on experience

- Manage the billing process and send client invoices bi-monthly.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Accept and process incoming payments.
- Keep insurance and other subscriptions current.
- Possess high degrees of accountability and responsibility to ensure that billing and collections are managed according to firm policy.
- Proficiency in following instructions accurately is a key skill needed for this position.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Legal Research Software are important qualifications for this job.
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Experience with Clio CMS preferred.
