Job Summary:
We are seeking professional and reliable experienced waiters to join our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on service position ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, works well under pressure, and understands the flow of banquet-style service.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and every guest enjoys a warm, attentive, and seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level table service during formal events such as weddings, showers, and private parties
- Follow detailed event timelines and service procedures as outlined by the captain or event manager
- Serve appetizers, plated meals, and beverages professionally and efficiently
- Clear and reset tables quickly between courses
- Set up tables, linens, glassware, silverware, and event decor as directed
- Assist with post-event breakdown and clean-up
- Communicate professionally with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
- Maintain a polished and presentable appearance throughout the event
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Requirements:
- 1–2 years minimum experience in banquet, restaurant, or catering service
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (most events fall during these times)
- Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry trays of food and drinks
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.78 - $28.64 per hour
