We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Licensed Eyelash Technician to join our growing team. Position
We are seeking an experienced or newly licensed Eyelash Technician who specializes in lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services. The ideal candidate is client-focused, meticulous, and thrives in a supportive, high-end spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume).
- Provide lash lifts, tints, and brow services (lamination, shaping, and tinting as applicable).
- Consult with clients to customize services and achieve their desired look.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state regulations.
- Educate clients on lash aftercare and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Build and retain clientele through outstanding service, rebooking, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required).
- Certified in lash extension application.
- Strong knowledge of lash health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Attention to detail and steady hand for precision work.
- Professional, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Aveda products or interest in training (preferred).
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
