Freedom-Fab is a full-service fabrication and welding shop specializing in custom metal projects across industrial, commercial, and structural applications. We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team and contribute to high-quality projects built to last.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Cut, fit, and assemble metal components to specifications
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to AWS standards
- Operate shop equipment such as saws, shears, grinders, plasma cutters
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in metal fabrication or related trade
- Proficiency in MIG (FCAW) welding a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
