Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize food prep tables, machines, and equipment daily
- Sweep, mop, and deep-clean floors in the Patty Room
- Maintain cleanliness of walls, sinks, storage areas, and drains
- Empty and sanitize trash bins regularly
- Refill cleaning supplies and report low inventory
- Follow all health & safety and food sanitation protocols
- Support team with other cleaning-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience cleaning in a kitchen, bakery, or food production facility preferred
- Understanding of food safety, cross-contamination, and sanitation best practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
