Responsibilities of the job:
Successful candidates will provide parenting skills training with parents and their children for the purpose of keeping families together in their homes. Specific training will be provided to successful candidates, regarding how to administer training materials to our clientele. The skills building training sessions will include coaching, teaching, and role modeling in a family’s home or community-based setting.
This position is an excellent position for candidates who what to make a real difference in their community with families in need and or persons wanting to gain experience to become a Social Worker or Behavioral Health Therapist.
Will work with children and their families when they are available:
· After School
· Evenings
· Weekends
Transportation: Will transport children and their families as needed. Time & mileage paid for transportation.
Education:
- Requires at a minimum a High School diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
