We’re looking for a Fence Installation Specialist to join our team! This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring our customers receive high-quality fence installations, timely repairs, and reliable support. Key Responsibilities
- Address customer concerns post-installation, collaborating with the team to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Perform fence repairs and adjustments on completed jobs.
- Participate in operations meetings to prepare crews and resources for successful installations.
- Perform new fence installations for smaller jobs.
- Review, price, and sell repair opportunities for new customers (fence not installed by Superior).
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional work environment for crews, customers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Several years of fence installation experience (landscaping or construction background a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit—able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Successful background check and reliable transportation to/from the warehouse.
The Superior Candidate Will:
- Have fence construction or landscaping experience
- Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history
- Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements
- Work outdoors at job sites and indoors in warehouse settings.
- Regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Drive company vehicles for material pick-up and delivery.
- Interact with customers, coworkers, and vendors in professional and sometimes high-pressure situations.
