Responsibilities For the Field Campaign Representative:
- Interact with customers face to face and deliver clear, engaging marketing messages
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or service offerings
- Assist with new customer acquisition
- Track customer feedback and campaign results to help improve messaging and overall marketing performance
- Work closely with team leads to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies
- Help develop and evolve the customer journey across touchpoints
- Show empathy and patience with eligible community members to enhance their experience and pinpoint their specific service needs
- Attend training seminars with the entry-level team and learn from senior team members to become an expert in developing relationships that will last a lifetime for our clientele
We Look For In A Field Campaign Representative With The Following Qualities:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years volunteering or working in, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields of work
- Dedication and willingness to learn from senior members to grow your career
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating superb time management skills
