Description
Gaming Capital Group (GCG), a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is looking for a dynamic person to join our team as a Field Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all projects related to the delivery, installation, and removal of electronic gaming machines at casino properties. This position will work closely with external gaming vendors, casino personnel, and various departments within Gaming Capital Group?s (GCG) ?including Game Performance, Project Teams, Regulatory Compliance, and Field Services, to ensure the projects are scheduled and in compliance with all regulations. This position will be located in the Tulsa, OK, area. Responsibilities include the following:
- Work closely with GCG's Regulatory Compliance department to ensure all scheduled projects meet gaming regulations
- Submit weekly reports to vendors and customers
- Maintain and update the project calendar to reflect all current and upcoming scheduled projects
- Coordinate with trucking companies to arrange availability of trucks as needed
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange pickups for all RMAs
